Shop Policies

-Masks are required to enter the premises, whether or not you’re vaccinated.


-We as a shop do not tattoo minors.


-If you are under the age of 21, we will not tattoo your hands, face, neck, or head. If you meet the age requirement, we may still discourage you from these locations unless you are already heavily tattooed and are solid in your career field. Discrimination in the workforce over tattoos is still an ongoing issue!


-Deposits are non-refundable and required to book your appointment. They are transferable up to one time with at least 24 hour notice to reschedule. Not meeting the notice requirement or any further schedule changes will require leaving a new deposit.


-Clients are responsible for showing up to the appointment on time. If you are late, your artist is no longer obligated to perform the scheduled procedure.


-If the client no-shows for their appointment, the artist is no longer obligated to reschedule and perform the procedure. If the privilege of rescheduling is granted, a new deposit must be made.


-The client must provide a valid government issued photo ID on the date of the appointment. Military, school, or work issued IDs are not permitted.


-Any large last-minute design changes will result in rescheduling the client’s appointment. A new deposit may be required.


-The artist will not tattoo over open wounds, unhealed scarring, or sunburned skin.


-If the client arrives hungover, or “under the influence”, the artist will not perform the procedure.
